Banana and Plantain Fritters
Ingredients (for two or three):
Five fingers of medium ripe bananas.
Two fingers of medium ripe plantains.
Frying oil (cooken or groundnut oil).
Salt and granulated sugar.
Peal the plantain and banana.
Slice and rub in a little salt.
Fry the slices in frying oil until brown.
Avoid burning by turning round frequently.
Sprinkle sugar on the fried fritters as required.
Serve with boiled or fried rice or with porridge.
